The Awakening Consciousness

In a world dominated by external influences – media, societal norms, and material demands – a consciousness is increasingly awakening that invites us to dive deeper into ourselves. This awakening is about consciously perceiving our reality, about the transition from external control to inner authority, to the voice of our true self, and to a clarity that arises from within. It is a process of transformation that encourages us to look at the world not only with the eyes, but with the heart and the mind.

What or who are you?

Let us begin with the essential question:  Who are you?
Are you merely a random collection of cells, a biological construct with a finite life that passes away in the infinity of the universe? Or are you an eternal consciousness having a temporary experience in an earthly body?

This question is the key to realization. It invites us to look beyond the surface and break through the illusion of separation. By facing this question, we begin to perceive more consciously – not only the outer world, but also our inner impulses, thoughts and emotions.

The shift to inner authority, voice and clarity

The awakening of consciousness manifests in a profound shift: away from dependence on external authorities toward inner authority. This inner authority is the ability to make decisions from a place of authenticity, guided by the inner voice, often referred to as intuition or higher self. More conscious perception means being present in the here and now, without judgment. The shift is a gradual process: it begins with small moments of realization in which we sense that our true power lies within.

Words carry meaning

A central aspect of awakening consciousness is the realization that words carry meaning – not only semantically, but also energetically. Every utterance shapes our reality. In the context of the shift to inner authority, we learn to choose words consciously to promote positive change. Through conscious language – affirmations such as “I am complete and authentic” – we strengthen our inner voice. Words are tools of creation: they can heal or hurt, connect or separate.

Everything is allowed – Everyone is pretty right

In awakening consciousness we recognize: Everything is allowed. Every experience serves growth. This acceptance frees us from resistance and allows energy to flow freely. At the same time it holds true: Everyone is pretty right. Every human being is a unique expression of consciousness. This realization releases the pressure to conform and strengthens inner authority.

House cleaning – Letting go of old, no longer coherent patterns

An essential part of awakening consists in emptying ourselves and letting go of old ideas, concepts, solution patterns, beliefs, notions and convictions that no longer resonate.

Many of these patterns were unconsciously adopted in earliest childhood from parents, teachers, society and culture – and later we mistake them for our own truth. As a result, the path of life is already mapped out, the direction predetermined. We move in familiar tracks, often without questioning whether these tracks still fit the person we have become today.

True “thinking out of the box” is only possible with a free mind. As long as the mind is filled with old concepts, fixed assumptions and adopted beliefs, real creativity, genuine reorientation and true awakening remain blocked.

Even Albert Einstein clearly recognized this connection:
“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”
Conscious emptying is therefore an act of inner revolution: We make space. We let go of what is no longer true. We create room for what truly belongs to us now – for the voice of the present, living self – and entirely new possibilities.
